It got started when a bunch of us invested in a mining company called Golden eagle, they went through a whole pile of problems. many friends were made on the Golden Eagle thread. The above thread was started by people from GE thread, it has turned into a good place to pick up some tips.

And there is NO bashing, people trying to help people.
