Buyer beware is one of the underpinnings of a free marketplace. "A fool and his money are soon parted", is another -- and one the federal government is wrongly intruding on. Trying to protect fools from their own foolish actions hurts everyone else in the long run.

Yes, charge as much as the market will bear. Free market forces will tend to leaven things out. Despite the federal government's claims to the contrary, MS is not a monopoly. In fact, the only monopolies that have ever existed in the U.S. are those that were supported by government sanction.
