Ha! You're right, Larry, what do you know? We saw a fully operational line 2 in the video back in February, and all the processes from front to end are fully-automated. No redesign for the laminator or assembler required at that time. Maybe they rearranged some wires in a testing oven or something, eh? That would *fully* account for a 'not yet completed' statement, but it would NOT be representative of the status or capability.

Both the NI visitors in May reported the third line being operated and debugged at the time. Line 2 was putting out cells at the time, who knows for who? Now we know: they put out cells using the new materials, which after testing and quarantine (conservative 4 weeks) were shipped out to customers PRIOR to the SEC filing date! Gee, what do you make of that?

There's a lot of machinery there, and roughly 20 operational steps to make a completed cell. I promise you'll continue to see all those disclaimers until they cease to make even the most minor modifications to any of those steps.

Once again, you've confused yourself looking in the rearview mirror while the train moves forward along the track.

Larry, Rich is correct. You've lost your perspective. You're essentially accusing the NI visitors of lieing, and the BOD of fraud and misrepresentation about the production lines in NI. Instead, you reky on a document that you know is deliberately padded with disclaimers and generalities for the sake of legal considerations. If you're that distrustful of the sincerity of the these people, then the people on this board will become more hostile.

In short, you can take the SEC filings and put 'em where the sun don't shine; they're fiction for the would be litigants, like Visnic.

You've been very keen on spotting items that indicate delays in bringing product to market. Have you given consideration that it could be beneficial that VLNC not be the first to market?

What kind of price negotiation leverage would a Sony or Sanyo have versus VLNC? If Boeing had discovered Epstein's storied miracle carburator couldn't they have negotiated a higher price than the two engineers?

By waiting for market momentum and anticipation and press coverage, the big boys will set a nice healthy margin for their batteries and then VLNC can answer some questions for their customers. Such as: Is it any good? It is expensive? Can you make it in quantity? Probably better than having Dell or IBM say: Hey kid, gimmee your batteries and I'll pay you what I think they're worth.
