Drakes, You will also notice in the press release that ABTX will take a restructuring charge in the middle of the 5-15 million range (not near the high end as was previously predicted). Should I applaud or condemn management for their original inaccuracy and subsequent correction. At any rate, the issues you present relate to one time charges and have no effect on the long-term business plan of the company. In terms of the strategic plan presented by the "new" ABTX management, they have passed with flying colors.
