Yes, Yeros has some problems. He was over it when it was international nursing and now he has turned the company into an internet company. If you ask me, I just think he's controlling the company so he can keep with plush lifestyle while 'sticking' it to the investors, but hopefully the board will wake up and see this and do something about it.

A lot of the industry wheeling and dealing has already occurred. The company is also a near unknown and has not successfully transitioned from a nurse staffing company to a medical Internet company. When you combine that with the recent reappointment of Mr. Yeros as Chairman, CEO, President and CFO, it would be hard to convince any Board that they run the company. << Otherwise, well, the train is leaving the station and MDIX is not on it. >> There is probably a summer of last good chances left.
