everyone is being watched, even if you don't have internet they know what you are doing. The person who sent that did not identify himself so how was it the government could track him so fast. The answer is that tcpip protocal, design by the dod was meant to be tracable. That was why they were able to be track so fast. tspip is use across the whole internet. Therefore anything sent over the internet can be traced as easily as this mail note was traced by the secret service.
