Mary:<<oh groovy...and he was an officer?...doesn't sound real likely seeing as it was written in the prelim SEC...but could be..>> Mary, below from the Preliminary Proxy Statement showing he was an officer {Secretary} but in talking with him he says he is not and was not. Does he have an axe to grind? I think not. Actually, he seemed a little embarassed and nervous like he wanted to be as far away from this thing as he could. One other thing of interest he said he had received quite a few calls like mine recently. Hey, he worked at an Italian restaurant! That's good enough for me! Good luck.
