In fact, I really don't have the time to be typing this, but what the heck? Western Colorado real estate market has been excessively active, and today I have a full page full color ad coming out in a regional real estate mag that runs from Boulder to Denver and down the I-70 corridor to Glenwood Springs. I'm swamped now, and if the ad does what it's supposed to do....ouch! still long, still holding -- just don't have time to hang on the board
