That quote of yours was in response to an unedited excerpt of the company's own SEC filing.

That means that you are accusing the company of passing disinformation.

They wouldn't do that, would they?

Besides, aren't you worried that they will SLAPP you for accusing them of passing disinformation?

1. There were at most six companies audited by Moore Stephens Lovelace in the last year who filed a 10k on Edgar:

Maybe less than six ... I didn't try real hard to figure out if some of these might be name changes for the same company. Other than SCMI, of course.

2. HITT is the only one of these companies, audited by Moore Stephens Lovelace, having a market cap greater than $100 M

The others don't have quotes with Yahoo, meaning they are not traded on the BB or any of the 3 listed exchanges.
