I think the stock got way out of line on the strength of being perceived as a pure 'gas play' when oil was in the dumps.

I think the balance sheet signaled for a while that there was a major assets disposition and/or dilution coming.

We've had a bit of both now and hopefully the ELH play pans out so they don't have to do more.

THC, They have sold assets to raise cash and just announced a flow an offering to raise about 10 mil. A lot of these players do not have AAA balance sheets. The price drop of last winter completely took out a lot of really weak sisters. If ELH goes bust - the downside of PYR and KOB is essentially zero - IMHO.
