P-Chase: For SIII to release the positive statement on earnings estimate & for it not to have veracity would be a complete joke. The last thing SIII needs to go out on a limb & not follow through on its statement to the market. If the statement were as ludicrous as you believe, the lawyers would be on it "like black on an 8-ball." Consequently, one is more likely take your assessment of the SIII profitability statement as "a complete joke."
