EGRP owns only a minority interest in EOffering... I didn't know this until I read it just a moment ago in a disclaimer that popped up when I clicked on an EOffering link off the E*Trade site. It also states that they only have an alliance and are totally independent companies. In today's merger-manic atmosphere, who knows whether there's anything to that rumor or not. Gosh knows I have no idea about its credibility, and was just curious as to whether anybody had seen it mentioned anywhere other than at the link I posted.
