What concerns me is that we have generally considered Airtouch to be the "smartest" marketers of the carriers. Perhaps its pricing structure is related to the relative initial shortage of handsets, and the choice was made not to be unable to deliver--a mistake I* made. However, I think it may be better to rollout with lower prices and spend less initially on marketing to keep the initial number of subs down and let the word build by word of mouth. BTW, have a great 4th of July weekend everyone.
