The Street, at least the DISS floorless is attempting to use anti shorting clauses, TSIG does not even have these clauses (not that these clauses have saved companies using floorless mind you, AIPN had such clauses and it went from $6 or so to well under $1). To think that Gordon had the "gall" to suggest that holder should not fear the floorless and that it could "easily" convert @$3/share!!!! And that not even two months ago. This guy should never be given the reigns of any outfit, he killed too many while lining his own pockets. Zeev
