This is easy enough to believe, i.e., PPOS is seeking strategic alliances in its attempt to build shareholder value (as it says in the press release). And while it's easy to get hyped out of shape with the possible share price where a buyout is accepted, a buyout is likely if it is sought (even for this stocks on the BB).
