Yeah Baby!...those ANALysts aren't giving up on DELL yet... SIG: I just scanned First Call and there were 3 interesting reports released in the last 24 hours... 1) SG Cowen -- In the morning yesterday...DELL -- (BUY) "Despite 'Free PC' Movement DELL has a Terrific Customer Aquisition Model." 2) NB MontGomery -- Late Afternoon yesterday... DELL -- (BUY) " 'Free PCs' aren't Free -- Announcements are NOT the negative they may appear to be." 3) Morgan Stanley -- Late last night... DELL -- (Outperform) "DELL has had a good Q2 and is bennefiting from CPQ market issues in the corporate market arena"....and Check this out.... "We believe there are A LOT of exciting initiatives underway at DELL as they relate to the internet...Many center on taking the marketing effort to the next level." ------------------------------------------------------------ Hmmm....Sounds like MSD and his team are executing.
