MSTR has positioning itself as a strong E-commerce player, and the street has recognized that. Its latest product is one that should be a significant differentiator. This can make the potential market for MSTR more consumer focused as opposed to business focussed, which was it's strength(aka OLAP offerings).

As far as Web enablement goes, it has had "32 bit" web offering for a long long time. The web front end to the OLAP server has been around for more than two years.

But the coolest application is its "DSS Broadcaster", which is another "32 bit application", and will be the platform of choice in launching into the e-commerce world

It would be more fruitful if people who don't know what they are talking about stop spreading wrong information.

Finally, don't underestimate Mr. Saylor. Young, and brash he sure he is, but very succesful at the same time.

Cheers

Other than the fact that this stock was way overpriced, do you know any reason for the recent fall? It appears to have very solid support around 23, and I consider it a fair value at that price. Any reason not to buy if it gets there? I note that the stock continues to be heavily shorted, at least as of mid-July. Any thoughts on why it is so heavily shorted. The company seems to be growing very fast.
