LOL Chicken man, Business Wire what a joke. They don't have a leg to stand on. I said it before and I'll say it again. Business Wire is doing a stupid thing by suing FBN just because BW can't take a joke on April Fools Day (IMO).
Where is there concern for the public on any other day but the day Business Wire got fooled?
IF this makes it to court, unless it is the OJ jury, Business Wire will lose. This is very black and white as it is in print. What ya call, proof positive.
