Many exciting things have been happening since the beginning of the year.
On the April 6th press release Jones Naughton "agreed to use RealNetworks® (Nasdaq: RNWK - news) as the streaming video software provider for GoOnline.com's CyberMart." The press release also stated they would use Real Audio "to bring streaming video and sound clips to you. The GoOn-line.com Web site currently provides links to download RealNetworks software which will allow users to enjoy all of the innovative ideas that will be included on the GoOn-line.com site. "
On April 15th Jones Naughton announced it " has begun implementing its new Internet marketing strategy focused on driving Internet consumers to its GoOn-line.com Web site." and have opened the doors to make deals "with major Internet search engines, Internet service providers, and leading Internet marketing companies."
On April 29th, Jones Naughton announced it had "successfully completed negotiations for the installation of three new Internet kiosks at the following locations:
-The Holiday Inn Convention Center located in Auburn, NY
-The Ramada Inn located in Sarasota, FL
-The Radisson Inn located in Fort Myers, FL
May 5th, Jones Naughton announced "GoOn-line.com has entered into a major merchandising and marketing agreement with International Infomercial leader Guthy-Renker of Palm Desert, California. "-"Guthy-Renker is one of the world's largest television response-driven companies, with annual sales of over $350 million. Guthy-Renker is involved in every area of electronic retailing and makes its quality products available to U.S. and international customers via television, telemarketing, direct mail and retail channels. " Also announced was a deal with Linkshare. "LinkShare will serve as an independent third party, tracking and verifying customer referrals and transactions, and managing the related revenue structures. LinkShare services over 150 clients, including Dell Computers, CBS Sportsline, Borders, OfficeMax, PetQuarters and 1-800-FLOWERS. "
May 12th, Jones Naughton announced it had signed an Internet Kiosk marketing deal with NICOM Telemanagement, Inc.
"Jones Naughton's agreement with NICOM Telemanagement calls for NICOM to utilize its extensive contacts in the hotel industry to assist Jones Naughton in placing 1,200 Internet Kiosks over the next five years in Southern California, Nevada and Arizona.
NICOM will support the implementation of this roll-out with its eight in-house sales representatives and 40 independent sales reps to place Jones Naughton's Internet Kiosks in prime hotel locations. Also, per the agreement, NICOM has agreed to sell eight banner advertisements per Kiosk at $50/month per advertiser"
May 17th, Jones Naughton announced that "GoOn-line.com, a subsidiary of Jones Naughton Entertainment, has signed a marketing agreement with the premier Internet marketing solutions company, Website Results, LLC (www.websiteresults.com) of Los Angeles, California."

On May 27th, "Scott Claverie, President of GoOn-line.com, a subsidiary of Jones Naughton Entertainment, Inc. (OTC BB: JNNE), announced today that GoOn-line.com has completed technical and service upgrades necessary to launch the formal grand opening of GoOn-line.com in the second half of June.
GoOn-line.com's technical upgrades and site enhancements include:
- Equipment and routing agreements with Cisco Systems
(Nasdaq: CSCO - news) and 3COM Corporation (Nasdaq: COMS - news)
- Doubling GoOn-line.com's Internet bandwidth to accommodate

June 17, 1999-- Joseph Naughton, Chairman of Jones Naughton Entertainment, Inc. (OTC BB: JNNE - news), and Harvey Turell, President of Auctionomics.com, today jointly announced the acquisition of Tarzana, Calif.-based Auctionomics.com by Jones Naughton.

Ivana Trump is the host of Fifth Avenue's e-commerce Web site and upcoming television channel. Ivana brings immediate recognition, awareness and worldwide publicity to Fifth Avenue's marketing endeavors.
Fifth Avenue Channel will work with Jones Naughton's GoOn-line subsidiary through Fifth Avenue's E-commerce Solutions Division. Fifth Avenue Channel's appealing and diversified list of products will be well suited for the GoOn-line market. "
On the same day it was announced that GoOn-line's kiosk division had signed another deal to place 16 Kiosks. "NICOM reported to Jones Naughton that 16 new client hotels have been signed in California, Arizona and Texas. The new client hotels include: Days Inn, Holiday Inn, Red Roof Inn, Travelodge, Quality Inn, Best Western, Friendly Inn, Regency Inn, Ramada Inn, Astro Inn and Islander Inn."
