Thanks Dave!

"What is nice about this play is that there are a smorgasbord of partners each offering a different risk/reward ratio to cater to different tastes. "

That really does seem to sum it up.

In general, I think that resource investors like adrenaline and would like to swing for the fences when possible......especially with the nature of this play.......

What happens if you buy some of the bigger players and the ELH turns out to be one of the biggest finds in the US? You'd be somewhat pissed to see that you only make 100% or 200% when you could have had a 10X or 20X play. Naturally, the converse would be true as you watched KOB dive to zero after major problems with ELH.

I'll probably stay on the sidelines until I get a chance to buy a cheap KOB lottery ticket.

Cheers!

THC

Hi Dave,

..<<have a similar high debt level to WML>>...

ELK's absolute level of debt was indeed similar to WML's at the end of the 1st Q but relative to assets or cashflow, it was nowhere near as high. These are much more important measures for me and obviously other's as well, as reflected by the relative stock performances.

Check it out
