Zeev has an investing lecture, L101, on when TA and FA don't match, I'll leave that to him for explanation.

There is stock distribution going on that is inconsistent with the potential, why?
1. Maybe there is debenture conversion that encourages a lower price?
2. Forces that benefit financially if HEC fails?
3. Doubts about funding?
4. Local political issues?
5. Incompetent management that doesn't understand the primary function of a public company, increasing shareholder value?
6. History of stock price failure?
7. Penny stock mentality?
