I bet the bond markets are caught in the headlights of the employment report. Short covering and flight to quality balanced against fear of higher rates. The stock market is oblivious as usual, but what do you expect from fund managers who have to burn 6 billion dollars.

I disagree that anything below VIX 20 is overbought... it might be in THIS climate, but not normally. Under 20 is a strong buy signal, usually.
