One of Netscape's top guys in an interview of what makes a company successful stated that getting customers and keeping them is the key. Isn't that what MRPS is doing? The rest will follow if done properly. Patience. We haven't heard of any unhappy customers yet and the list keeps growing. Sorry, I can't give you his name. I was on vacation and didn't think I would have to read so many unhappy campers when I returned. Each one of you have what you think is important to a company's success but I will trust the experience of the ones that got there. I was in a small business for many years and my customers are what fed and educated my family. Maybe we should just wait for MRPS's customers feed us now. Roberta
