I think the stock will move whenever the present buyer gets his
position. I suspect it may be a "known" buyer who will get a good
position and then get on the bid and help run the stock up.

I think rollout is happening right now, we just don't know about it.
And why should we? Put yourself in Time Warner's position. What do
they have to gain by announcing it? NOTHING. What do they have to
lose by announcing it? Hiring probably over a hundred people just to
answer the phone and then upsetting a lot of customers when they find
out they aren't going to get VOD for a year or two if they are down
the list on the rollout.
