Good afternoon Enots, Its funny how people don't consider promotional literature from Time Warner to be an announcement, isn't it. I mentioned this before, but I have a brochure from Time Warner that Jack gave me (He lives in a Los Angeles Target market). It clearly states NVOD and Roadrunner will be available this Summer in selected areas of LA. There is a section of a page devoted to discussing the benefits of NVOD and VOD. The second phase of the Digital Rollout is discussed with specific reference to VOD. They are making a list of interested subscribers at the West Valley office for the NVOD rollout. This of course implies that the servers have to have been ordered by now and probably installed as well. Otherwise why would they spend their money printing advertising materials? The best part is if you don't believe me, and why should you, you can just call and ask. The brochure is on my coffee table, and has provided great peace of mind during this period of unusual trading activity. So, as I see it, TW has announced the rollout to the customers that will be able to subscribe, but not to those in neighboring areas that will have to wait...Have a happy (and safe) holiday all... D.
