To all: Don't you think that the company is ripe for a hostile takeover? If, as many of us believe, the concept is great and the deals are in place, why wouldn't one of the big guys step in and swallow up the company, boot out the management team and clean up the whole shebang? Are there covenants that are prohibitive to this happening? Excessive buyout clauses for RG and family? With revenue projections like the ones I've seen on this thread, it would be a cheap investment with a significant return for a company with strong positive cash flow and market cap.
