I'm listening to an interview with Richard Russell (Dow Theory Letter) who has been incredibly bearish since August of 98 and has been calling for a horrible bear market in every interview all the way up FROM THE OCTOBER LOWS.

Canadian market is having a strong day. Foretelling Tuesday in the US?

We are past our holiday (July 1), although many participants will be taking today off.

Apparently bullish sentiment is high here too. Although given how much of the resource sector makes up our economy and indicies, perhaps we have a justifiable reason for bullishness.
