CYBS----> Paul Allen owns some; founded by BYND founder... read this from IPO central:

CyberSource kicks into action every time you click a
button to buy another product online. The company
provides e-commerce transaction processing and other
back-end applications and support to businesses that
sell over the Internet. Its software and services include
tax calculation, fulfillment management, and fraud
prevention. Compaq, Mitsubishi, and Microsoft are
among CyberSource's customers. The company was
begun by tech entrepreneur William McKiernan, a
former top executive at antivirus firm McAfee
Associates (now Network Associates), before he
founded Web PC software seller Beyond.com
(one-fourth of CyberSource's sales). McKiernan owns
about 30% of CyberSource; Paul Allen's Vulcan
Ventures owns about 15%.

4 million share offering.
