With network solution like uswc and cell-loc the user is forced to be positioned all the time unless his phone is off. This rises the question of Integrity. Would you like to be observed whereever you are. That is not a society I think people would like to have With Technors Terminal-based solution a person can select to switch off the positioning function, but still have the phone on. To an employer, they could then send an SMS message to the employee, or telephone the employee to switch it back on (during normal working hours, not lunch time or after work where it is nobody's business. Network solutions also cost the operator hell of a lot money to implement. Technor is for free.
