your post was intriguing. i had noticed a rather tranquil trading pattern of late but had not associated it with diminishing liquidity which is what your post indicates. i just loaded up at dip to 1.50 with an additional 3000 shares long for a total of 4100. my view IMHO is that this stock will rapidly rise in 2001 to somewhere between 5 and 20 per share once the state monopoly is lifted to permit home as well as business access. in retrospect, float is small and most are in it long for same reasons as me. it took a day for me to add shares but that was when all were bailing from internet stocks.

MY ADVICE: put in limit order for good til canceled and leave it. I know you won't get my shares, but you'll get someone's. keep at 1.66 or less.
