You are the one with the question yet you beg for others to help you answer it... yet you REFUSE to ask the people who can help you the most.

I can make it real easy if you want. Send your question and your phone number to Helen at HWEST@FTEL.NET and then let me know. I'll call Helen for you and make sure she calls you directly. I'll bet we can even get Tom Russell to call you ... he is the CFO... I KNOW HE CAN ANSWER THE QUESTION.

But, I know you will come up with some lame excuse to refuse this help as well...

Mark, isn't Helen West a "salesperson" of sorts for the company? What incentive does Helen have to tell you the whole truth about the company or the company's it deals with?

Look at USAT. Look at Intrine. Look at the 1-800 fraud fiasco, and then you will have a better idea of what to think of this company.
