Sorry, a type in my previous post. Each FLAS at $29 gives about $10 to each PWCC share.

At yesterday's close of 28 7/16, the 1,120,266 shares of FLAS held by PWCC have a gross value of approximately $31.856 MM. You need to discount that amount by 40% to account for liquidity and tax issues, and you have a value of $19.115 MM, or $5.75 per PWCC share.

I don't own any PWCC and the above is JMHO.
