That is the best rationale for holding the stock long right now. If XSNI would release some financials and give us some idea how they plan to finance their build-out and compete with the others, I might even pick up 1000 shares myself just in case they get it right.

But right now I think the risk is too high that XSNI will drift back under a buck once Freeserve starts to trade and XSNI's NASDAQ listing goes up in smoke.

Does anyone even know if XSNI meets the NASDAQ's net tangible asset test? I have no idea myself.

Jeff, X-Stream is not small anymore, does the fact that X-Stream is the World's 1st. 100% free Internet access service plus being in 3rd. place in the U.K with 400,000 subscribers mean anything.?? Keep in mind FreeServe's IPO value (I think July 12th.??) could mean big stuff for X-Stream, holding 1/3 their user numbers. It's not just the IPO value it's what can happen on day 1 on the market.!!i.e.-Yesterday ASKJ:NASDAQ came on the market with an IPO at US$14.00/sh. it closed at US$64.94/sh (up over +US$50.00/sh.) try buying ASKJ yesterday under US$50.00/sh . It's over US$70.00/day.--If X-Stream picks up an IPO will it help those that own a few X-Stream shares get in on the action.???
