seth, Now I want to understand your thinking here, Mitch tells me to call the company that supposedly put that information out to a shareholder regarding employee head count ????? and you feel that is funny that I don't call. I hope some are paying attention to what Clarent(CLRN) is doing. I realize that they are at least a year a head of FCM and have deeper pockets. What I feel is that they are pointing the way to where FCM may go. Oh and CLRN does not have an FNET yet. Sethy

In case anyone cares I am not going to respond to Thomas and spectromagic. For the record Helen West is held accountable if she knowingly lies to callers about facts. She is the IR for FCM not a sales person. Her job is to create excitement but with in the scope of what is or what might be. If she is not sure she will be clear that it was a guess but will get back to you with the correct information. I have not asked HW about how many employees FCM has. I would hazard to guess however that if DBEST said it was 75 than you can bank on the fact that was the number heard. When I talk again to the company I will find out if all are full time or part time or even contractors. I am not sure, maybe someone can confirm, that if they are contractors than their income would not be listed under salaries. The attempts to try to discredit the company here without the courtesy of checking your findings with the company first, IMO is irresponsible, and unfare to the readers and the company. I will accept any material negative fact. I will not turn my back on negatives. I need to know all in order to judge my investments. I will however turn my back to slanderous attempts to destroy a companies credibility. Nuff said Sethy
