OT to GVT, I was not, and have never, referred to manipulation Dell's price. I do believe that all of us can help each other by openly and honestly and freely sharing our information with others on this thread. Collectively, yes, I do believe that we can make a better decision than some of those on the Street, at least some of the time. In any case, I don't expect you [or anyone else, for that matter] to abide by my standards. My comments are merely my observations of your behaviour vs my utopian though unrealistic expectation for all posters.Ian, RE: How often do you use it solely to better inform the readers of this thread? ... as opposed to twisting the info you have to attempt to cast doubts? Thanks for the compliment, Ian, but the chances of anything I say having an effect of the price of DELL are zero. +++++++++++++++++++Wall St. is filled with just such scum. I just think that you could find a bunch more if you looked under a different rock. No argument here. I just believe that a financial services industry customer is much more likely to be taken unfair advantage of than a customer of almost any other professional or trade group. Yes, there are rotten lawyers, doctors, plumbers, used car salesmen, etc. Wall Street, Bay Street, Bond Street, etc. just seem to attract more than their fair share. And I'm not saying that all of the scum are scum by intent; many give that appearance just through sheer incompetence combined with exceptional charm. And, yes I accept some responsibility here as well. To the extent that I allow my actions to be motivated more by greed than solid understanding, the greater the probability that the scum will take advantage of me. Ian.
