No. I have "Accept only cookies that get sent back to the originating server" selected, AND have "Warn me before accepting" checked. But I have cookies that have slipped in in the past, and sometimes my kids accept cookies, and occasionally I slip up and hit the return key by mistake and get a cookie I didn't want, and sometimes I can't get to a site without accepting a cookie but I want to chuck it as soon as I leave the site. And there are sites I no longer visit that have left cookies that I don't want any longer. So a clean-up is long overdue (I have been using various versions of Netscape for a while and keep the same setup since there are cookies from financial sites that I still need on there.)
