Now that one sounds like a real suit, meaning one that has actually been filed.

2 important things to remember tho; 1)just because someone files a suit against someone else doesn't mean they will win it, and 2) If someone is telling the truth, regardless of motive, they cannot be found guilty of libel or slander. THE fundamental element of libel or slander is that it must be an UNtrue statement.

If Janice was telling the truth, it doesn't matter if she has/had a motive or not.

Gets more interesting by the day around here...
