No. Disney is Go. GoTo is a different entity. It's now a public company that is not owned by either Disney or Vulcan.

GoTo uses an Inktomi search engine on which they offer paid placement. (A company can pay GoTo to push their listing to the top of a return even when it wouldn't otherwise belong there.)

Disney's Go network includes InfoSeek as its search engine. It also includes the Bellevue-based StarWave web properties which were started by Paul Allen, but Allen sold all (or virtually all) his interest in that company to Disney.
