I'm not a huge Gates fan either, but this isn't a personality contest. I'm not gonna pretend to know the law, but haven't anti-trust cases in the past been brought because consumers (aargh I hate that word) I mean citizens have been gouged by a monopoly? Isn't this the first case where a company's competitors have gone whining to the feds and gotten them to bring suit? Oh yeah, the question on the table was would Silicon Valley go for George W. Hell yes, in a big way. Not only will tech companies go for him, but your average citizen perceives that the government's suit is just a case them throwing their weight around.
