If you check the LOTS thread here on SI, post # 161 includes the full news-story about about the court-ruling that tanked the stock -- with reaction from company officials, and a very good overall history of the company and its legal battles. So for the long term, it's really a question of whether you figure there's any future/value left in the company given the massive re-organization and sell-off of assets. Don't really know the answer to that - which means I also don't know whether it's best to sell for a quick profit, or hold for more...
