Technically, it looks like there is a reverse head and shoulders here. Need to get through 63 and we challenge old highs IMHO...Happy 4th everyone!

I won't pretend to know the reason for the selling. I did see big blocks go off on the bid again today (which I believe to be sells, though some believe these are actually "buys" by "smart money" - who knows). All I know, is that there is no shortage of sellers, and indeed Thompson does show a lot of strong sell interest from institutions. Whatever the longer term optimism, at this point, NITE is certainly a giant disappointment - the market is rallying, and tech stocks are zooming, things like CSCO, MSFT, INTC, big companies that have appreciated over the last few days substantially - not to mention the nets and IPOs going wild. Meanwhile NITE has been just abysmal, and I can't understand why. I'm considering selling the rest of my shares and jumping on something that *moves* for a change. I'd just hate to sit out the rally on dead money - I want to put all my capital to work, and everything is doing great, except for NITE that at this point is an eyesore in my portfolio - down again, on a day like today, unbelievable - I'm losing patience.
