BULLY: You're entitled to your opinion since opinions are like noses--- everyone has one!!!!! However, I go back to my premise that if everything was in order, MDHM would have done exactly as you said a good company would do.....Instruct the TA to pay the dividend. END OF STORY!!!!! There is no reason to distribute registered dividends on time and hold back on distributing the remainder which are held in "street name" other than that a major problem exists, ie an imbalance due to an unlawful "short" position. This is MVHO and is born out by the fact that the company itself has been urging the shareholders for months to have their shares of MDHM registered with the TA. In fact, the format for such a request is available on their website to facilitate the process. Hope you have a good FOURTH OF JULY The Gipper
