Mark, I won't dwell on your lack of originality in writing identical posts raising the identical issues and asking identical questions. Once, I would think, would be enough.

I would think the answer to your question as to why management isn't spending a great deal of time blowing its own collective horn would be fairly obvious. The investor who ponied up for the 480,000 shares obviously must buy into what management is telling them. And the price was only at a modest discount to market. And I would suspect that the investor basically told them that there is more where that came from, at similar terms.

So either a) the unnamed investor is either a blithering idiot because he's into the company at roughtly a 10% discount, or b) he buys into the story and has promised additional financing if needed.

Either way, I think the reason why Lev isn't blowing his own horn is because he doesn't need to.
