<You may notice they have less than 12 million shares outstanding> Wayne, when Kaiser-Frances settled their lawsuit with Sheridan , the original owner, he received a substantial number of shares, payable over an extended time period. I do not know if he has received all of his allocated shares yet. Also, your share total does not reflect the preferred shares issued to Kaiser-Frances in lieu of repayment of debt. Thus, I feel your estimate of total number of shares is significantly below the actual totals. Regards, Sleeper
