OT and fyi - I asked BC Securities when insiders have to report trades they make.

This is their response...

An insider must file an initial report within 10 days of becoming an
insider and then within 10 days after the end of the month in which a
trade has occurred. For the months when no trading has occurred no
report is required to be filed. See Part 12, section 87 of the
securities act, linked to our website under "Rules and Policy"

filing rules) under "Rules and Policy - proposed policies "
