Sting-Ray, I think you may be right about ECHO. It has been basing at a rather low level for about a month and has just begun to move. It may be crossing its 50 day moving average today or Monday (Sitting right at it, at 1 19/32 now). The last time it moved off a base and crossed over was in Nov. 98. At that time it ran from around 1 1/4 to 4. Right now relative strength and money flow are both looking up. Looks pretty good, without too much downside.

For those not familiar with the company, ECHO "is a transaction processor with specialties in Internet transaction delivery, credit card processing and the design and implementation of integrated systems." So they facilitate internet commerce. The company is profitable, with a PE of 25 or so. Well deserving of Rodney status.
