KikYoAz, QTEK is a OTC company. Newly formed from a shell at the beginning of this year. They will be fully reporting shortly. Think about it. They knew about the new OTC:bb listing rules. Why merge with a shell to go public, then go into the pink sheets? Call the company for info. Very low float. Up today, more next week. KZAP
