nevermind GM. That will never let you move cap loss back to this century. But eBay might. It seems disconnected from the DOT index basket. How's that possible ? Do you know ? More amazingly, amzn and yhoo are moving independently also. Has there been a paradigm shift ?

Guaranteed employment means that they are guaranteed a job. But that guarantee is conditioned on the employees actually performing work. If they are layed off then they no longer draw wages except for unemployment wages that last for a given time interval.

Your post seemed to imply that they would receive wages regardless of whether or not they were called back to work.

RE: If they reduce the work force, they pay the people anyhow.
