I did some DD on the guy (Gerhard, Lang) that was accumulating more shares even after April 7th (and was told by IR [check yahoo boards] that he's not a director) and found another company he had been using his name to buy shares: Administaff Inc. (http://biz.yahoo.com/t/a/asf.html insidertrader.com. The thing that one has to remember is that if not for the overpriced acquisition, this stock would not have gone this low (bad quarter to digest the merger). By all means mngmt took corrective measure knowing that someone can just buy the company dirt cheap and clean it up to raise the price. Wait-and-see with a small position should work fine. Summer should be good for golf, as the company said (2nd and 3rd quarter, i believe they said in 10q). As to the reason it went down in the first place, I have seen many others that didn't perform well and assume it's by mutual funds who want to make their end-quarter (the one their investor reads) look goods --full of winners. It's a nice things to take advantage of such moves since it happens all the time.
