Re MLP: I put in a GTC limit buy order in at 18. I have been watching this stock for months, they sat there at 9 forever until they had a profitable quarter (rare) and popped to 14 where it's been hovering for over a month. This announcement knocked it up to 30+ before it settled back down to @23. There are still a few things to be accomplished before the Steve Case thing is a done deal, like a stockholder vote and Hawaii State regulatory clearance. I expect a settling back followed by successive pops as events solidify. If Steve Case starts taking a proactive approach to this company it could blow past 50. Also, a friend of mine in management at MLP says they are harvesting a bumper crop this quarter and this should fuel at least one more, non-Case-related, jump.

BUT ANYONE who takes investing advise from me is a fool, I bought and held NAVR for over 7 months. Caveat Emptor.

Aloha, Mike
